In the business world, you can not please everybody, that’s why…
That’s why every entrepreneurs needs to decide first who are their target market that will use their products or service. Because if you don’t know you REALLY your target market(s) are you will be barking at the wrong tree and wasting tons of marketing money and not get any return.
How great to have a system where a client just raise his or her hands …
and wiling to pay you money for your products or services?
How cool is that?
How to do that? Build a SMOOTH MARKETING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SYSTEM.
Again, Marketing takes time. 3-4 months sometimes 6 months. So consistency, and being honest to your clients is what matters most. Because clients pay you money because of their “perception” that they can trust you to take care of their problems (and that’s why they are willing to pay you) is all that matter. Their perception is their reality.
Remember, they don’t care of how well you know. All they care about is “if you care for them”. By showing them your sincerity on how you can address / solve their problem.
When the Marketing and Customer Service System are taken cared of, then you have to build THEIR TRUST ON YOU, YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR SERVICES.
Trust is not given, it’s earned!
Marketing really needs consistency, and it takes time

Advertising and Marketing. Both is a way to build trust …
Owning 3 business (that I helped built from scratch) is a big eye opener about what really is advertising and Marketing.
Usually, when an entrepreneur or small business owner advertises, market or promote their business, they are always in a hurry. If no result will come up in 1 week. They stop!
I learned it the hard way. That marketing or advertising takes 3 -4 months before you even see the result. And the result is not 100% it’s 10%. Then when you get this result, you have to be consistent on the marketing strategy you are doing.
Because when you market, when you advertise, your whole and only objective here is not to sell. But to build TRUST and VALUE on what your business can do for your target market. It’s what’s in it for them. And it takes time before they decide to purchase your product. Specially if you are not the cheapest in the market.
When they see that you are constantly in their face, advertising in a subtle way targeting their “SUBCONSCIOUS MIND” then they start the RECALL in their SUBCONSCIOUS.
For example : We want people to think of our SIMPLY EFFECTIVE PLANNER, everytime they think buying Planners or Yearly Planners.
What do we do? We constantly marketing, blogging, showing them the need and the solution that our SIMPLY EFFECTIVE PLANNER can do for the LIVES.
We want people to TRUST US (our company) first, then be CONVINCED that our product specifically the SIMPLY EFFECTIVE PLANNER can help their DAILY PRODUCTIVITY by 500%.
Our target market will start to notice us at our 7th or 10th attempt of just INFORMING, ADVERTISING, MARKETING to them about our product.
Then they start the “Recall”. They read about us, about our products, then they are willing to try our product. Then we lead them to our 21-Day Sample Planner. Once they like it, they move on to purchase the Yearly Planner. That purchase will be supported by webinars, consultations, ezines and e-mails for Q & A.
To summarize my point, build TRUST first, before you can collect your REWARD. ROI for business owners.
Don’t be rushing your clients to give you their money. That’s the surest sure way to failure.
